Colonel Fabian Ochsnerhas a bachelor level electric engineering background and holds a masters degreein business administration from SUNYat Albany NY.He has more than 25 years of experience in air defence, particularly as anofficer of the Swiss Ground Based AirDefence Brigade.

Colonel Ochsner presently holds the position of ChiefGBAD in the Air Operation Center of the Swiss Airforce, deploying clusters of SkyguardFire Control Units and 35mm Oerlikon Twin Guns, recently modified to be used inMOOTW missions, as well as Rapier and StingerSAM’s.
